Humanity has managed to avoid a global conflict for half of the 21st century, but spiking feuds between world powers in the 2050’s leads to the largest arms race since the second world war; war appears to be inevitable, soon. A decade of weapons development led to modern technologies and unique ways to wage a new generational war, but battle lines are not drawn. Old relationships between nations are strained as new ones are formed. If a war were to begin, it would be nearly impossible to know who would attack who or who would jump in to help.
